The Pumpkin Spice essential oil blend has:
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Vanilla
- Ginger
It's a spicy cinnamony blend, but the vanilla gives it a warm undertone and balances the spices nicely.
I've used it in my diffuser and in several DIY bath and body recipes. It has a great scent without being overpowering with cinnamon.

Since it does have a cinnamon in it, be careful what you use it in. If you use it on your face, use at a 1 percent dilution.
It can also irritate sensitive skin because of the cinnamon. If you are sensitive to cinnamon or just have sensitive skin, don't use it topically or use it at a 1 percent dilution.
How to Use Pumpkin Spice Essential Oil Blend
Since this is a master blend, you can use it just like you'd use any essential oil drop for drop. You can add it to DIY bath and body recipes or use it in your diffuser
Since it does have a cinnamon in it, be careful what you use it in. If you use it on your face, use at a 1 percent dilution.
It can also irritate sensitive skin because of the cinnamon. If you are sensitive to cinnamon or just have sensitive skin, don't use it topically or use it at a 1 percent dilution.
