Pumpkin Spice Essential Oil Blend + Fall DIY Bath and Body Recipes

Smell like fall with these pumpkin spice essential oil blend recipes.  How to make several kinds of DIY pumpkin spice bath recipes, including soap, bath bombs, and more.

Fall has been renamed Pumpkin Spice Season.  If you don't like pumpkin spice, I'm sorry, you'll just have to be patient until peppermint season.

I happen to love pumpkin spice season.  Give me all the pumpkin spice things from food to coffee to DIY bath and body recipes.

If you were here last year, then you know that I went a little pumpkin spice crazy.  I used it for so many different projects that even I got sick of pumpkin spice.

The posts were all really popular, so I'm guessing that you all love pumpkin spice.

I wanted to use a pumpkin spice essential oil blend recipe in my DIY pumpkin spice bath and body recipes.  I use Crafty Bubbles essential oils, so I asked the owner to make me a pumpkin spice blend.

He did, and he nailed it.  It smells just like fall, and it's perfect for making fall bath and body products.

Pumpkin Spice Essential Oil Blend Recipes

Crafty Bubbles recently rebranded to Right Note, so you'll see both labels in my posts.  The formula didn't change, so I'm using my older bottles to use them up before I use the new pumpkin spice essential oil blend bottles.

The Pumpkin Spice essential oil blend has:

  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Vanilla
  • Ginger
It's a spicy cinnamony blend, but the vanilla gives it a warm undertone and balances the spices nicely.

I've used it in my diffuser and in several DIY bath and body recipes.  It has a great scent without being overpowering with cinnamon.

The Right Note Pumpkin Spice essential oil blend is available on Amazon in two different sets.  The first is the Fall/Winter blend.

  • Christmas Splendor
  • Pumpkin Pie
  • Apple Pie
  • Eucalyptus/Spearmint
  • Citrus Blend
  • Mint Blast

It's also in the Holiday Favorites sets.

  • Pumpkin Pie
  • Candy Cane
  • Gingerbread
  • Mocha Mint
  • Apple Pie
  • Holiday Biscotti

I can't even pick a favorite set.  I use Pumpkin Pie, Apple Pie, Gingerbread, and Mocha Mint the most though.  They are great to just diffuse to make my house smell like the holidays.

You can also order them directly from Right Note.  They have free shipping over $100, and they have carrier oils, melt and pour soap, and lots of other DIY bath and body products.

How to Use Pumpkin Spice Essential Oil Blend

Since this is a master blend, you can use it just like you'd use any essential oil drop for drop.  You can add it to DIY bath and body recipes or use it in your diffuser.

Since it does have a cinnamon in it, be careful what you use it in.  If you use it on your face, use at a 1 percent dilution.

It can also irritate sensitive skin because of the cinnamon.  If you are sensitive to cinnamon or just have sensitive skin, don't use it topically or use it at a 1 percent dilution.
