These are the DIY bath recipes that are included in the November box.  A * indicates that the item is not included in the box or in the bonus box.

Oatmeal and Milk Bath

This moisturizing milk bath is easy to make.  The oatmeal soothes irritated skin, and the baking soda and powdered whole milk moisturize.

Ingredients

Directions

Mix the milk powder, ground oats, baking soda, and the contents of the tea bag together.  Add the essential oils and stir well.

Pour it into the bath as its filling.

If you like milk baths, try my hot chocolate milk bath recipe or my lavender chamomile milk bath recipe .

Eucalyptus Shower Steamers

Use these when you have congestion in your chest or nasal congestion.  Do not use this as a bath bomb because the concentration of essential oils is too high.

Ingredients

Directions

Heat the coconut oil until just melted.  Add the essential oils.  Pour over the baking soda and stir until it's crumbly.   It should just stick together and will be crumbly.  Press it into an ice cube tray or something similar.  Let dry for 24 hours.  Place one shower steamer on the bottom of the shower away from where the water will hit it directly.

Try my bedtime shower melt without citric acid, cold and flu shower steamers, or my wake up shower melts recipe.

Lavender Buds and Tranquility Milk Bath

This is another fun milk bath recipe that would make a pretty gift.  Lavender is great for your skin and suitable for most skin types.

Ingredients

Instructions

Use a coffee grinder or blender to grind the whole milk powder and lavender buds.  Add them ot the Epsom salt and then add the essential oils.  Stir well.

Pour into the bath while it's filling.

Combine the almond oil and the essential oil.  Add the finely processed dry ingredients and stir well.  Pour into the tea bag and tie closed.

Place the tea bag in the bath to let it steep.

Try my lavender chamomile tub tea or my pumpkin spice chai tea bath salts.

Tranquility and Lime Diffuser Blend

Use the wonderfully smelling blend in your diffuser.

Ingredients

Directions

Combine the essential oils in your diffuser.  You can also add 50 drops of each oil to a small bottle from your bonus box to create a master blend.  Use 1-3 drops of the master blend in a diffuser.

Lime and Eucalyptus Roll On

This is an uplifting blend that doubles as natural congestion relief.
