Coconut and Vanilla Brown Sugar Body Scrub Recipe

Mmmmm.  This smells absolutely heavenly!  The vanilla, brown sugar, and coconut mix for the perfect scent.  Angels were singing. Or maybe my daughter was along with Frozen again. This is another easy recipe that's perfect for gift-giving.  Use this once a week all over your body to slough off dead skin and keep your skin looking - and smelling! - wonderful. This recipe makes about 1 1/4 cups.  You'll use between 1/4 and 1/2 cups each time, so you might want to double it. Coconut oil is an excellent oil for your skin.  Since it's thick at room temperature, it makes the scrub fairly thick as well.  Don't worry though, the oil melts when it hits your body.  If your home gets warm, the scrub will start to melt.  It's perfectly fine to use it when it's a liquid.  You can pop it in the fridge for a few minutes to firm it up before you use it if you want. DIY Simply Sweet and Spicy Brown Sugar Scrub Recipe

I love body scrubs!  This one has both white and brown sugar, so it's not as harsh as using just white sugar.  It gently scrubs away dead skin cells to leave your skin glowing and looking refreshed.  Use this before a spray tan  or any time your skin needs a little TLC. Since there's no water in this recipe, you don't have to store it in the fridge.  It will last for 6 months, so it's perfect for gift giving.  I like storing them in short wide-mouth mason jars so it's easy to get to. This scrub has a unique sweet and spicy scent that lingers long after you wash off the scrub.  You won't need any perfume to give off a subtle hint of fragrance throughout the day. Flex Belt Review: Does it work?

I received a Flex Belt in exchange for a review on my blog.  As always, all opinions are my own. The links in this article may be affiliate links, which means that I earn a commission from sales.    When I was contacted to review a Flex Belt, I didn't hesitate to say yes.  My husband has been wanting to try one for a while now, so I graciously let him try it first if he would allow me to take photos for the review.  He agreed, but after seeing his results, I have to say that I wish I would have kept this one for myself! If you haven't heard of the Flex Belt, it's the first belt cleared by the FDA to strengthen, tone, and firm the abdominal muscles.  You wear the belt for about half an hour every day, and it works while you go about your daily business.  You can work at a computer, clean the house, or even watch TV while it works, making it perfect for busy people.

Easy Light Facial Moisturizer Recipe DIY Natural

Face moisturizers are hard to make yourself. There's simple ones that have coconut oil as a base, which can be too heavy for most people.  Then there are ones with 100 different ingredients, most of which you need just 2 drops of for the recipe.  And there are more that need to be stored in the fridge.  That's a deal breaker for me because I don't want cold moisturizer, and that just isn't convenient for me.  If you want an easy recipe with easy to find ingredients that can be stored on the counter, try this easy light facial moisturizer recipe.
