Flex Belt Review: Does it work?

I received a Flex Belt in exchange for a review on my blog.  As always, all opinions are my own. The links in this article may be affiliate links, which means that I earn a commission from sales.    When I was contacted to review a Flex Belt, I didn't hesitate to say yes.  My husband has been wanting to try one for a while now, so I graciously let him try it first if he would allow me to take photos for the review.  He agreed, but after seeing his results, I have to say that I wish I would have kept this one for myself! If you haven't heard of the Flex Belt, it's the first belt cleared by the FDA to strengthen, tone, and firm the abdominal muscles.  You wear the belt for about half an hour every day, and it works while you go about your daily business.  You can work at a computer, clean the house, or even watch TV while it works, making it perfect for busy people.

Brewer's Yeast and Oatmeal Facial Scrub Recipe for Acne Prone Skin

Brewer's yeast is a little known super ingredient in homemade facial scrubs.  The yeast kills bacteria on your skin; bacteria that can clog your pores and cause blemishes.  If you already have blemishes, the yeast boosts your white blood cells to heal acne. Don't confuse brewer's yeast with active dry yeast.  Active dry yeast is what you buy in the grocery store to make bread.  Brewer's yeast can be found on online or at most health food stores.  Brewer's yeast contains B-vitamins and many minerals that active dry yeast doesn't have. The oatmeal is a gentle, natural way to exfoliate.  It sloughs off dead skin cells that can collect in your pores and cause acne.
