I have been using the new diet plan from the book Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion for several weeks now. I started the plan because I want to lose weight, get more energy, and sleep better.

So far, I’m loving the diet plan. It’s easy to follow, and I love the meal plans and recipes in the book. I plan to keep using the diet to stay on track with my weight loss.

This book makes it easy to follow the diet plan. Per the book, “Fact is, most diets are extremely narrow with regard to food choices and variety, and many even limit entire macronutrients altogether over the course of the entire program (think low-carb and low-fat diets). Three months with no carbs? No thanks. Such practices not only are entirely unnecessary, but make for a miserable, unsustainable experience.”

The plan is easy to follow. There’s a 14-day acceleration phase to get rapid results. Personally, the quick results help keep me motivated. The main phase is where you’ll learn which foods to eat, and the lifestyle phase is where you maintain and keep the weight off.

This program makes it easy to diet. This is big for me because I work full time and homeschool three kids. This book eliminates 90 percent of the reasons for resistance when starting a new diet plan.

Unlike other diet plans, this one lets you eat a big dinner, dessert, and even snacks. I feel like I can eat with my family and enjoy family dinner without feeling left out. I may be eating different foods than they are, but they have liked most of the recipes from the book.
