Making Smarter Choices With SMARTMADE™

Life is full of choices, and I've been trying to make better ones.  I'm in the midst of a journey to better health, so I've been making better food choices, such as: cutting out excess sugar, grilling foods, eating more vegetables, and only eating foods with ingredients that I can pronounce.  Two weeks ago, things got really busy.  My daughter was in the play, so we had practice four nights a week.  I did try to plan our dinners, but there were days that I would leave at noon and not get home until dinnertime.  That makes it very difficult to eat right, so I stocked up on SMARTMADE ™ by SmartOnes (R) meals.

Making Smarter Choices With SmartMade™
Ones of the reasons that I love SMARTMADE so much is because I can pronounce each ingredient.  I've been really picky about what I've been eating, so I was happy to find a convenient meal that uses real ingredients.

SMARTMADE are also convenient for me when I'm at the community center to work or for the kids' activities.  I have access to a fridge, freezer, and microwave, but I don't have the tools to create an entire meal. I can have a meal that tastes just like I cooked it at home.

I don't want to sacrifice taste just because I'm trying to eat healthy, so I grill to sear in flavor.  I also use herbs and spices for natural flavor.  SMARTMADE uses real grilled chicken and roasted vegetables.  You can even see the sear marks on the chicken!

I really like the White Wine Chicken & Couscous.  It's made with grilled chicken, fire roasted zucchini and tomatoes, and roasted eggplant and flavored with herbs and spices.  Instead of being served over rice, they substitute couscous for a smarter choice.

You can find SMARTMADE™ in the freezer section at Walmart, Meijer, Giant Eagle, Price Chopper, and most major grocery stores.  Follow SMARTMADE on Facebook for more information.
