My Morning Routine

I'm an autism mom.  You better believe I have routines for everything.  I have things I do each morning, each evening, and all day in between.  And because I'm a mom, I need my routines to be effective and efficient.  If my mornings go smoothly, my entire day goes smoothly, so my morning routine is vital for my day's success.  Here's a glimpse at my every day morning routine, which I have down to less than 10 minutes, excluding my coffee time.  For my friends with thinning hair, you won't believe how quick and easy it is to incorporate Women's ROGAINE® in to your morning routine.

1.  But first, coffee

I can not start my day without a cup of coffee, and I always use a fun mug.  In the summer, I take my coffee outside and sit on the patio while I sip and check my email.  Shhh...I may even play some games on my phone.  It's my only hour of quiet for the entire day, so it's essential that I get this time alone.  I need that time in order to function for the day.

2.  Skin care

Once the kids are awake and the critters are let out, it's time for me to start my day. I always start with my skin care and brushing my teeth.

Each morning, I use:
  • Cleanser
  • Toner
  • Anti-aging serum
  • Moisturizer
  • Eye cream
Since it's summer, I dust some arrowroot powder on my face to combat excess moisture from the heat and humidity.  If I'm going somewhere, I'll dust on some powder foundation and do my eye makeup as well.  If I'm staying home, I normally don't do my makeup.

3.  Hair Care

This one varies, depending on what day it is.  If I washed my hair the night before, then I'll straighten it.  If I'm on day 2 or 3, I'll use some shine spray and brush my hair.  My hair is in an inverted bob, so it's fairly low maintenance after I straighten it.

If you have thinning hair, this is a great time to use Women's ROGAINE® in your morning routine.   According to a 2014 Gallup poll. up to 42 percent of women will notice hair loss during their lifetime.  Of those women, 76 percent experience hair thinning after the age of 30.

Women's ROGAINE® uses 5% Minoxidil Topical Aerosol, and it is the first and only product exclusively for women experiencing hereditary hair loss,  Women's  ROGAINE® is best used at the first sign of hair loss or thinning, and it shouldn't be used as a last resort.

4.  Planning my day

I would be lost without my planner.  I wouldn't have any idea what I'm supposed to do, who I'm supposed to call, or when anything is due.  After I finish with my beauty routine, I sit down with my planner to start working on my to do lists.

5.  Start writing

Once I have a plan for my day, that's when I start writing.  I usually write until lunch time, then I take the afternoon off to clean or spend time with the kids.

Have you tried Women's ROGAINE® Foam
