How I'm Staying Healthy This Winter With #Zarbees

Thanks to Zarbee's for sponsoring this post and providing me with samples to review.  As always, all opinions are my own.

Last weekend, I had an accident that left me bed ridden.  My kids and husband are taking good care of me, but I'm starting to freak out a little bit.  As I lie here, all I can think of is my to do list and how long it is going to take to catch up once I can walk again.  What am I going to do this winter if I get sick?  How will I do everything that I need to do in a day if I'm in bed?  The kids are homeschooled, and I have obligations for social media and my blog.  That's when I decided that I just wasn't going to get sick.  Ever.

Don't you wish it worked like that?

Never getting sick isn't likely, but that doesn't mean I don't take steps to protect my health.  Keep reading for how I protect my health and prevent getting sick.

Friends, believe me when I say that I am not a person who can be still.  Besides my own discomfort, our family is starting to fall apart.  The kids can only do so much cleaning before I need to step in and supervise, and I'm pretty sure we might starve before my leg heals.

This is why I'm being proactive with my health this year and why I started taking Zarbee's supplements. They are powdered drink mixes that you can add to warm or cold water to drink your vitamins and boost your immune system.  Zarbee's has several different flavors, each with its own benefit.  As a bonus, they taste great too!

Zarbee's was founded by Dr. Zak Zarbock, a father and pediatrician.  I love their products because they don't have dyes, alcohol, artificial flavors, or artificial sweeteners whenever possible, and eating clean is really important to me.

Want to try #Zarbee's for yourself and #DrinkForYourself? You can only find them at Target in the cough aisle.  They are part of Target's #madetomatter program, so you know they are a trusted brand.  You can save $4 if you buy it before the end of September, too.
