5 Nail Polish Looks from Julep

Today is day 4 of my church's Vacation Bible School.  I'm second in command this year, so it's been a busy week.  My friend Andrea is here today to introduce you to some new polish shades.  Please welcome here and stop by and check out her blog!.

I'm a nail polish addict.

I confess. I don't really have to publicly confess, because if you follow me on Instagram you'd see it fairly quickly.

It's all because of Julep.

If you haven't heard of Julep before it's a subscription service where you can receive about three polishes a month for about 19.99. Crazy, right?

Crazy enough that I signed up. And found myself instantly addicted.

I'm a flat out polish fan. I don't like fancy wraps or designs. I stick with the original color, maybe adding some sparkles on top for flair.

Here are some of my favorite colors and combinations:

Margaret - This is a perfect spring color to take you all through the summer months. It's bright, cheery and adds that little pop of color to your every day.

Vanna and Hartleigh - Vanna is the white color that I'm wearing here. (Get it?) And I used a special overlay of what was supposed to be pink, red, silver and white sparkles with red hearts. The hearts didn't fare too well, but the sparkles were perfect!

Nayley and Tazeen - These two make a pretty combo here. I love the ring finger sparkle look. It reminds me of when I was a teen and would get my nails done with my mom and have some special design on the ring finger. These sparkles are kind of rough to get off with regular nail polish remover. I know there are special sparkle remover pads but I stick with extra soaking and wiping to get these off.

Vanna - I just needed to share that Vanna looks really pretty all by herself. Sometimes white is the perfect color to pick when you can't decide on a color! It's not just for French manicures anymore.

Brandis - My favorite thing about this color is that my daughter and I match here. She usually prefers rainbow fingers, which I love, but I love that we're 100% in sync with this pretty pop of a blueish green.

So, there you have it! A few of my favorite looks for summer. I am actually polish free today after some traveling and I'm long overdue for a fresh pop of color.

Which one would you choose?
