Full lips are sexy and flirty, but unfortunately, we weren't all blessed with fuller lips.  Injections can get you temporarily plump lips, but they are painful and expensive.  What's a girl to do? Fake fuller lips!

Lip Liner

Lip liner can make your lips look fuller than they really are.  The secret is to use a liner that is one shade darker than your lipstick.  Carefully line around your lips or just outside the edge.  Be careful not to go too far outside of your lip line because it will look fake.  After you line your lips, fill them in with lipstick.  Add lip gloss to make your lips appear even fuller.

Lip Plumper Gloss

Use a lip gloss with a lip plumper in it.  Plumping lip glosses use a product like cinnamon to stimulate blood flow, which makes your lips temporarily fuller.  These products will temporarily plump your lips, but you will need to reapply during the day so your lips stay full.

Use colors to create the illusion of fuller lips.  Dark colors tend to make things look smaller, so dark lipstick will make your lips look smaller as well.  Use lighter shades for your lips.  You can even one color all over and a lighter color in the center of your lips to make them look fuller.

Lip Gloss

Add a dot of lip gloss to the center of your lips only.  This gives your lips more dimension, so they look fuller.  This tip refers to regular lip gloss and not a plumping formula.

Experiment with these makeup tricks to help you get pouty lips.  You won't need all of these techniques, so use the ones that help you the most.
