Acne isn't just a problem for teens -- it can affect your skin in your 20s, 30s, and beyond.  These easy ways to fight acne naturally will help heal existing acne and prevent future breakouts.  The best part?  They are inexpensive, natural, and don't use chemicals!

1.  Honey

Try a honey facial mask to heal acne naturally.  Honey is naturally antibacterial, so it kills the bacteria that causes pimples and blackheads.  Try this banana and honey facial mask for a gentle way to heal acne.

2.  Baking Soda

Baking soda dissolves excess oil while it exfoliates, so it helps heal acne in two ways.  Use a baking soda scrub once a week to treat and prevent acne.

3.  Toothpaste

White toothpaste contains silica, which dries out blemishes.  For a spot treatment, dab a little bit of toothpaste directly on a blemish and let sit overnight.

4.  Ice

Ice won't heal a blemish, but it will reduce inflammation and redness.  Hold an ice cube directly on the blemish for 20 minutes at a time.

5.  Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil is antibacterial and antifungal.  Dip a cotton swab in the oil and dab directly on the blemish.

6.  Stay Clean

You may be tempted to wash your face several times a day, but you should only wash it twice a day.  Washing more often will overdry your skin, which makes you produce more oil.  Change your pillowcase every other day to keep your face clean.

7.  Don't Pick

As much as you want to squeeze - don't!  Bacteria on your hands can make acne worse or cause it to spread.

Don't try all of these 7 ways to fight acne naturally at the same time.  Pick a few -- like keeping clean, exfoliating once a week, and one spot treatment for best results.
