Free Fitness Tracker Printable

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Special K. All opinions are 100% mine.

If you've been reading the last few months, then you know that I'm making some serious changes in my lifestyle.  I started taking a tai chi class twice a week, and I do an in home walking/cardio program three times a week.  I have an end goal that I'm working towards and little goals that I want to hit.  I've hit my first plateau.  I'm not going to lie; it's frustrating.  Now I realize how important it is to keep track of my progress, so when I can't see results, I can see in a glance just how far I've come.  That's why I made this free monthly fitness planner printable.  Keep reading to print your own and learn how I own my food with foods from Special K .

I'm a visual person.  I need to be able to see what I've done, so I wanted to be able to see an entire month at a time.  I also added an area to keep track of my stats so I can see progress each week and then month to month.  I used to just go by weight, but sometimes my weight stays the same, yet I'm losing inches.  It's important for me to keep track of measurements so when my weight stays the same, I can still see that I'm improving.

You can print this to hang on your fridge or somewhere else in your home.  I like to keep it in my planner.  I printed it at 84 percent and used my paper cutter and arc punch to put it in my planner.  You could even frame it and use a dry erase marker on the frame to keep track by the month.

You could plan your entire month so you get all of your workouts in.  Or if you're like me and do two things, you can plan when to do them.  I use it after I workout to keep track of my activity.  My days get crazy and things are always getting moved around, so planning ahead would be frustrating for me.

Since I've been working out, I realize how important my food choices are.  I need to start each day with a good breakfast to stay strong all day.  I've been enjoying the Nourish cereals from Special K.

This week, I'm eating Apple Raspberry Almond.  It has real apples and raspberries that I can see and not just taste.  With 24 grams of whole grains and an excellent source of fiber, it's a great tasting way to start my day. Special K also has a coconut and cranberry that is really good, too.

With my crazy schedule, I don't have time to read labels when I'm shopping.  That's why I turn to Special K, especially their new Nourish bites and Protein Bites.  Now my food doesn't own me; I own it.

For a snack this week, I'm enjoying the Blueberry Almond Quinoa Special K Nourish Bites.  With their resealable bag, I can easily take them on the go.

As a mom, I need to be on top of my game all day, every day.  In order to do that, I need to stay healthy by keeping my fitness schedule and eating a good breakfast and eating healthy snacks to refuel.

How do you stay strong?
