My Favorite Products for Holiday Parties

This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx.com on behalf of Single Edition Media.

'Tis the season for parties.  This year, we have Christmas parties almost every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!  I'll be honest with you.  This holiday season has been brutal for me with work and the kids' activities.  I was not looking forward to these parties because I haven't had much time to pamper myself this winter.  Thanks to BabbleBoxx, I now have everything that I need for some serious winter pampering to get ready to my parties.  With help from Chapstick, Katy Perry, Paul Mitchel, and Dr. Brandt, I'll be looking my best for the parties.

ChapStick

My lips get seriously dry in the winter because we have propane heat and wood heat.  Both suck the moisture right out of the air.  Even with a humidfier on the furnace, my lips get dry and cracked.  When they get dry, the only thing that helps is using a lip scrub and keeping them hydrated a few times a day.  ChapStick has been my go to brand for years, and I love them even more for their Total Hydration line because it uses argan oil and omega acids to hydrate lips.

To start, I use the ChapStick® Total Hydration Conditioning Lip Scrub to gently exfoliate for smoother lips.  It also has coconut oil, shea butter, vitamin E, and maracuja for some serious hydration and peppermint for a wonderful smell.

Once I have a clean slate, so to speak, I use ChapStick® Total Hydration Moisture + Tint to keep my lips soft.  I love it because now I don't have to choose between soft lips and some color.  The tint is perfect for an every day look or a party look, too.  It's made from 100 percent naturally sourced ingredients like rosehip seed oil, so I can serious moisture + tint naturally.

Katy Perry's Mad Love Fragrance

This is one of the best fragrances I've used in a long, long time.  It is both playful and sexy, so I can wear it to the kids' martial arts party and the adults only office party.  It has top notes of apple sorbet, strawberry, and pink grapefruit with middle notes of peony, jasmine, and bleeding heart.  It's rounded off with coconut wood, musk, and sandalwood.  Just like Katy Perry, I don't spritz it on myself.  I spray the air and walk in to it, but I do spray it on my hair sometimes.  Ladies, this is a seriously whimsical and fun fragrance, perfect for your holiday parties.

Dr. Brandt 3-D Filler Mask

I'm not getting any younger, but I've never looked my age.  The 3-D Filler Mask is a seriously hydrating mask designed to counteracts the effects of gravity.  It also plumps your skin to smooth out laugh lines.

To use, "paint" the mask on your face with the included brush.  Brush the mask from your chin to cheek bones and pat the 3-D fillers in to fine lines.  Use daily for best results.

This is the first volumizing facial mask that you leave on to plump your skin, fill out fine lines, and reshape your natural face contour.

I have a special offer for my readers from Dr. Brandt.  You can save 20% off the 3-D filler with code BABBLE3D

Paul Mitchell MarulaOil Rare Oil Perfecting Hairspray

Christmastime in Ohio can be tricky.  It can be 60 degrees with a light rain, a snow storm, or bitter cold.  It can make planning a hair style difficult because I don't know what the moisture in the air will be.  With MarulaOil Rare Oil Perfecting Hairspray, humidity isn't a concern.  The spray locks out humidity to control frizz while it holds your hair in place.  I like a natural looking hair spray, and this is it.  Bonus: the marula oil also tames hair and makes it softer.

How are you getting ready for your holiday parties?
