Pumpkin Peel for Oily Skin

Try this natural pumpkin peel for oily skin to naturally exfoliate your skin and tighten pores.

I'm sure you've heard of the benefits of alpha hydroxy acids for your skin, especially if you have oily skin.  AHA deep cleans your pores to help prevent acne and can even help reduce the appearance of pores.

Pumpkins have AHA as well as other vitamins that keep your skin soft and smooth, so it makes a great face mask.  This mask is made for oily skin, so be sure to check out the other posts in my pumpkin series if you don't have oily skin.  I have a mask listed at the bottom of the post that works with all skin types.

I used my homegrown organic pumpkin puree, so that's why it's so orange.  If you buy canned pumpkin, be sure that you can 100 percent pumpkin and not pumpkin pie filling.

I also used organic eggs from my chickens.  We have Americauna chickens, which lay the beautiful blue eggs as seen in the photo.
